What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 30, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $36.49 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from December 01, 2022, to the date the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated on or before November 30, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
