What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the previous order was granted. The previous order TEL-10958-20 was set aside and the original order TEL-05449-19-RV remains in full force and effect. The Adjudicator gave the Tenant one more opportunity to continue the tenancy as the Tenant assured the Board that she is able to pay the rent and arrears when due on the first day of the month.
