The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $525.29 plus $28.73 per day for use of the unit starting January 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 9, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
