What happened
The landlord and tenant reached an agreement on the rent arrears owed by the tenant. The tenant testified that she would be able to pay the full amount owing by the end of December 2022, and the landlord agreed to the terms of the order.
The ruling
The previous order (LTB-L-010819-22) issued on October 6, 2022 is cancelled and replaced with this order. The tenant is ordered to pay the landlord $9,170.20 in arrears and costs by December 31, 2022, and the December 2022 rent by December 1, 2022. Failure to make these payments will result in the landlord being able to apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
