The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, if the order is not voided. The Tenant owes $16,856.49 plus $39.93 per day from September 14, 2022, until move-out. Eviction can be enforced by the Sheriff starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
