What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,386.00 on or before July 23, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,132.16 and $50.96 per day for use of the unit starting June 22, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
