What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $13,686 by March 31, 2023 or $15,036 by April 3, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by April 3, 2023 and pay the Landlords $12,957.32 plus daily compensation of $44.38 from March 15, 2023 until move-out.
