What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by September 7, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,769.33, which represents the rent owing up to April 30, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $49.32 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out.
