What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants failed to pay rent for December 2022 and January 2023 as required by the previous order.

The tenancy is terminated effective April 2, 2023. Tenants must pay $7,153.45 plus $36.99 per day from March 23, 2023, until they move out. If not vacated by April 2, 2023, the Landlord may enforce eviction through the Court Enforcement Office starting April 3, 2023.
