What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant or someone the Tenant permitted causing undue damage to the rental unit and substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 23, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $749 for the cost of repairing the damage. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 23, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
