What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,382 by February 28, 2023 or $3,997 by March 5, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by March 5, 2023 and pay $3,050.08 plus daily compensation of $20.22 from February 15, 2023 until move-out.
