What happened

The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenants is denied on the condition that the Tenants pay $500 per month from September 1, 2021 to June 1, 2022, and $586 on July 1, 2022, as well as pay the full rent for the months of September 2021 to July 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, and the balance owing shall become payable with interest.
