What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay $2,980 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to May 10, 2021 and the application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 21, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $3,590 on or before May 21, 2021.
