The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $28,166.03 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $22.19 per day starting January 7, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $28,870.00 on or before January 17, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
