What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,046.00 by that date. The Tenant must pay $4,424.54 for rent arrears and compensation up to January 5, 2022, plus $17.75 per day from January 6, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If not paid by January 16, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from January 17, 2022.
