What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on May 3, 2021. The condition was that the Tenant was to pay $1028.70 rent on or before January 5, 2022, which the Tenant failed to do.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 8, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 9, 2022. The Tenant owes -$1,029.72 plus $34.23 per day starting January 29, 2022 for each day of occupation.
