What happened

Landlord applied for an order determining whether Tenant altered the locking system without the Landlord's consent.

The ruling

The Tenant shall immediately provide the Landlord with a key to the door of the rental unit. If the Tenant does not provide the key by July 10, 2021, the Landlord is authorized to change the locks and the Tenant shall compensate the Landlord for the cost. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
