The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the rent to the Landlord in full and on time for 12 consecutive months starting May 1, 2021. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
