What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with other tenants' right to quiet and reasonable enjoyment, and for damages to the rental unit. The parties reached an agreement prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $50.00 for the cost to repair the broken doorknob in the rental unit. The Tenant shall not leave any garbage or personal items in the common areas of the residential complex, and shall properly dispose of their garbage. If the Tenant experiences conflict with any person in the residential complex, the Tenant undertakes to report it to the Landlord within 72 hours. If the Tenant breaches any of these conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
