What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to allegations of undue damage to the premises, intoxication, leaving drug paraphernalia, and improper garbage disposal. The Landlord also claimed compensation for the damage and for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling
The Landlord and Tenants agreed to a conditional order where the Tenants will manage the garbage properly, not engage in excessive noise and disruption, and not repeat the behaviors specified in the N5 notice. If the Tenants breach the terms of the agreement, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants without further notice.
