What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,861 on or before September 18, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $4,069.90 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 18, 2022.
