The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,917.38 plus $50.96 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 4, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 14, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
