What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 5, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,295.15, plus $52.60 per day starting June 25, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by July 5, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
