What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,969.12 in rent arrears to November 1, 2020 and $175 for the application filing fee, for a total of $3,144.12. If the full amount is not paid by April 5, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
