What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 9, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,349.32 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $24.43 per day in compensation starting December 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 9, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
