What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in the settlement mediated by the Board on February 7, 2017 with respect to a previous application.
The ruling
The Board set aside the previous eviction order and dismissed the Landlord's application, on the condition that the Tenants pay rent on time and in full going forward. The Board stated that the Landlord could apply for an eviction order if the Tenants failed to do so.
