What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. The Tenants did not attend the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenants must move out by November 18, 2022, and pay $5,391.31 plus $69.87 per day from September 30, 2022, until they move out. The eviction can be enforced from November 19, 2022.
