The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $767 in rent arrears and $175 in application fees, less any amounts paid after the hearing. If the full amount is not paid by August 18, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by August 18, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
