What happened

Landlords and Tenants signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of July 1, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and Tenants is terminated effective July 1, 2021. The Tenants must move out by July 1, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction, but the eviction cannot be enforced due to Ontario Regulation 266/21 until the regulation is removed.
