What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Unauthorized Occupant because the Tenant transferred the tenancy to another person without the Landlord's consent.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 7, 2016. The Unauthorized Occupant (NC) must vacate the rental unit by November 18, 2016 and pay the Landlord $170 for the application fee. If NC does not vacate by November 18, 2016, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
