What happened
Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord or Landlord's agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.
The ruling
The Tenant's application was dismissed. The Landlord's efforts to resolve the water damage issue were not found to be unreasonable under the circumstances. The interference caused by the use of industrial fans to dry the unit was not deemed to be substantial or unreasonable.
