What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to remove belongings from a storage locker, which substantially interfered with the Landlord's ability to convert the storage space into rental units.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to remove his belongings from the temporary locker by January 24, 2019. If the Tenant does not do so, the Landlord may move the Tenant's belongings to a locker at the offsite location. The Landlord is ordered to provide the Tenant with a locker at the offsite location by January 6, 2019.
