The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,002.30 in rent arrears, less any payments made after the application was filed, and $41.10 per day in compensation starting January 14, 2023 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by January 24, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
