What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's dog attacking and killing another dog, and seriously impairing the safety of others.
The ruling
The Tenant must remove and/or re-home the Bullmastiff dog Max on or before July 31, 2018, and not allow Max at the residential complex or in the rental unit. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
