What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay $10,285.55 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $35 per day from June 7, 2018, until move-out. The Tenant also owes $190 for the application filing fee. If full payment is not made by June 17, 2018, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
