What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay $751.36 in rent arrears and costs, plus $45.37 per day in compensation starting October 16, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
