The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,160.14 plus $29.43 per day starting July 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 3, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
