What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted causing undue damage to the rental unit and residential complex, and seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 6, 2021, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by August 6, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
