The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside order SWL-43991-20 is denied due to the Tenant's non-appearance. The stay of order SWL-43991-20 is lifted immediately. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord's preparation/attendance costs of $100 by September 11, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the $100 by September 11, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting September 12, 2020.
