What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $19,986 by October 1, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by October 1, 2022 and pay the Landlords $15,459.48 plus daily compensation of $72.33 per day starting August 30, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
