What happened

Landlord applied to terminate tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with reasonable enjoyment and seriously impaired safety. Tenant's girlfriend caused disturbances and excessive noise, and Tenant disposed of garbage in hallways, creating fire hazards.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,438.47 to the Landlord, which includes compensation for use of the unit, filing fees, less the rent deposit and interest. The Sheriff is directed to expedite the enforcement of the eviction order.
