The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2021. The Landlord shall re-issue payment of $715.00 to the Tenant on or before November 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
