The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlords $4,532.97 in compensation for use of the unit from July 28, 2021 to February 9, 2022, plus $23.01 per day from February 20, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 20, 2022, interest will accrue.
