What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior that seriously impaired the safety of others in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlords $4,532.97 in compensation for use of the unit from July 28, 2021 to February 9, 2022, plus $23.01 per day from February 20, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 20, 2022, interest will accrue.
