What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants failed to make required payments towards arrears and full monthly rent as specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2023. Tenants must pay $16,647.02 plus $69.87 per day from January 21, 2023, until they vacate the unit. If not vacated by January 31, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 1, 2023.
