What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2023. Tenants must pay $16,647.02 plus $69.87 per day from January 21, 2023, until they vacate the unit. If not vacated by January 31, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 1, 2023.
