What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2021 unless the Tenant pays $8,902.19 to the Landlord or to the Board in trust by that date. If the Tenant does not make this payment, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant must also pay $39.19 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 21, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
