What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 12, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $11,951.51 plus $41.10 per day starting June 2, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 12, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
