What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy, but did not move out by the agreed upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 8, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the amount owing by March 8, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by March 8, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
