What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,035.52 in rent arrears and costs by February 15, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay, they will owe interest starting February 16, 2021 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
