What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and for committing illegal acts in the rental unit or residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 23, 2020, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by February 22, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the amount owed by February 22, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by February 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
