The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenant voids the order by paying $1,325.00 by February 26, 2023. If not voided, Tenant must move out by February 26, 2023, and pay $1,060.00 plus $8.71 per day from February 1, 2023, until move-out. Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 27, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
